Your Role:

Design and implement cutting-edge digital communication strategies to engage diverse audiences across various online platforms.
Develop and manage a comprehensive digital media plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry trends to ensure our communication approaches are at the forefront.
Create compelling content for web, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback to optimize digital communication strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as program managers and content creators, to ensure seamless implementation of digital initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital communication strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in leveraging digital analytics tools to measure and optimize strategy performance.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while also taking ownership of individual projects.
Experience in the public sector or healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
