Job Summary:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workforce needs and define recruitment goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and job boards to expand our candidate pool
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements
Support and guide hiring managers in assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR consultancy
Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
