Position: Sustainable Resource Management Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and implement strategies for sustainable resource management in coffee production, considering ecological preservation, land conservation, and waste reduction.
Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative approaches to minimize the environmental impact of the coffee industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into our operations and supply chain.
Monitor and evaluate our sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Establish and maintain relationships with environmental organizations, universities, and government agencies to foster partnerships for knowledge sharing and joint initiatives.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research findings, and emerging technologies in sustainable resource management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Resource Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sustainable resource management, environmental stewardship, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and sustainability frameworks.
Proficiency in data analysis and ability to interpret findings to drive strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
