As a Sustainable Development Specialist, you will play a key role in our mission to foster innovative practices that prioritize sustainability, efficiency, and community engagement in the construction and real estate sector.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on sustainable building materials, energy-efficient systems, and environmentally friendly practices in construction and real estate
Develop and implement strategies to incorporate sustainable practices into our curriculum
Collaborate with industry professionals, community partners, and students to organize workshops, events, and hands-on projects focused on sustainable development
Evaluate the environmental impact of construction projects and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay updated on emerging trends, policies, and regulations related to sustainable development in the construction and real estate field

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Experience or strong interest in sustainable construction, green building design, or sustainable development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
