Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and highly knowledgeable individual with a background in the beauty/healthcare industry. As a Beauty/Healthcare Product Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and managing our beauty and healthcare product lines.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the beauty/healthcare industry.
Source and evaluate beauty and healthcare products from local and international suppliers.
Manage product inventory, including forecasting demand and ensuring timely replenishment.
Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote beauty/healthcare products.
Provide product training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and attend relevant trade shows and conferences.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty/healthcare industry, preferably in product management or sourcing.
Deep understanding of the beauty/healthcare market, trends, and consumer preferences.
Strong analytical and research skills to identify market opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
