Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Education and Development Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a supportive learning culture within our organization and providing valuable training and development opportunities to our employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Assess training needs and create customized training programs accordingly
Design training materials and resources, including online modules and workshops
Coordinate and deliver training sessions for employees at all levels
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
Provide career guidance and support employees' professional development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in employee education and development

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector
Strong understanding of educational principles and adult learning methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to tailor training content to different audiences and learning styles
Proven track record in designing and delivering successful training programs
Knowledge of relevant software and learning management systems
