This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong background in managing construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

As Construction Operations Manager, you will:

Develop and implement comprehensive construction strategies to meet project objectives
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Supervise the selection, negotiation, and management of subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
Lead and inspire your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

You possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
