Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity to join SEW-EURODRIVE, a leading global company specializing in drive technology. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, assess, and select top talent across various positions and departments
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and job fairs, to build a strong candidate pipeline
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
Manage the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Ensure compliance with relevant recruitment laws and regulations
Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruitment progress and recommend improvements
Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and educational institutions to strengthen talent networks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role
Expert knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire candidates
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Ability to work autonomously and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Fluency in German and English; additional language skills would be an advantage
