We're Hiring a Project Development Specialist

As a Project Development Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the growth and success of our company. In this role, you will focus on project planning, coordination, and collaboration, ensuring the successful execution of our real estate and construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis of potential development projects
Prepare project proposals, feasibility studies, and investment plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to develop project plans
Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and environmental standards
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning

Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams
