Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for businesses and organizations within Pohjois-Savo region. You will be instrumental in shaping the workforce of our region and contributing to the overall success and growth of our community.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various recruitment methods, including job postings, social media, networking, and targeted outreach activities.
Review and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and any necessary pre-employment screenings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Participate in career fairs, industry events, and other relevant networking opportunities to expand the talent pool.
Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
