Your Role

Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates

Providing guidance and support throughout the entire recruitment process
Managing the applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate records

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques, platforms, and tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
