Position: Sustainable Talent Manager

Job Description:

Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies and processes aligned with the company's environmental and social responsibility goals.
Identify and attract highly skilled professionals who share our values and contribute positively to our organization.
Collaborate with various departments to determine current and future talent needs.
Create and manage talent pipelines by engaging with potential candidates and building relationships.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Establish and promote our employer brand, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Identify opportunities for employee development and career progression.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainable talent management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a sustainability-focused organization.
Strong understanding of sustainable recruitment practices and relevant industry standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to align hiring practices with social and environmental values.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Fluent in both written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus.
