Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in a critical position that plays an integral role in shaping our workforce. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to bring exceptional talent into our organization and contribute to the growth and success of our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of staffing requirements
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals
Evaluate candidate resumes and applications to assess suitability and alignment with organizational values
Conduct thorough and fair interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks, and other screening processes
Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide relevant reports to management
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

Proven working experience in recruitment or a related field
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Well-versed in the use of online platforms and social media for recruitment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Understanding of Aboriginal cultures and communities (highly desirable)
Certifications in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
