Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates based on predetermined criteria
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
Conduct background checks and reference checks
Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation and selection
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
High level of integrity and confidentiality
