Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with our company's values and goals
Build strong relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies to support collaborative initiatives
Coordinate outreach events and programs to foster community involvement and enhance our brand presence
Evaluate the effectiveness of community programs, gathering and analyzing data for continuous improvement
Stay updated on local government policies and nonprofit initiatives that affect our community engagement efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community engagement efforts align with broader company objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
Proven experience in program coordination, community outreach, or related roles
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Possess a deep understanding of local government structures, community dynamics, and nonprofit landscape
