Position: Guest Experience Specialist

About the Role

Create memorable and delightful experiences for our passengers, delivering outstanding customer service in line with our company standards.
Attend to passenger needs, ensuring comfort, and providing assistance throughout their journey.
Deliver exceptional on-board dining and beverage service, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Offer guidance on local attractions, dining options, and provide general assistance to passengers who require it.
Efficiently handle passenger complaints and ensure swift resolution.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively engage with passengers.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
