Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in human resources and recruitment to support our continuous growth. As an Advanced Technology Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and using advanced HR technologies to attract, select, and develop our exceptional team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies using advanced technology platforms.
Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations.
Developing and maintaining candidate pipelines and talent pools.
Collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts effectively.
Analyzing HR data and leveraging metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
