Position: Hospitality Specialist

As a Hospitality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exemplary service during their visit. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attend to guest needs, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Welcome and check-in/check-out guests
Handle reservations and assist with inquiries
Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of all guest areas
Monitor and address guest feedback and concerns
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate dining experiences
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and amenities to assist guests
Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records
Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Pleasant and positive demeanor
Flexibility to work various shifts
Proficiency in English and Swedish languages
Knowledge of reservation systems is preferable
