About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our organization. You will collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively identifying potential candidates through various channels
Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications
Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external partners
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational and administrative skills
An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
