Job Opportunity: Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager at Samada, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring their successful completion within the agreed timeframe and budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the construction project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, address any issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
Review and approve project designs, specifications, and materials.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including cost reports, progress updates, and change orders.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or a related role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in French and English.
