Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative media projects that engage and captivate our audience.
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the media landscape and propose new strategies to enhance our content creation and distribution processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create an environment conducive to innovation, encouraging experimentation, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with external organizations, startups, and industry experts to stay at the forefront of media advancements.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities where MDR can expand its reach and impact through new channels and platforms.
Monitor and evaluate the success of innovative projects and provide recommendations for improvement based on metrics and user feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a media-related field.
A deep understanding of the Communication/Media industry and its evolving landscape.
A passion for innovation, coupled with a strong interest in emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and interactive storytelling.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional norms.
Proactive, self-initiated, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
