Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented professional to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our mission in Kenya.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment sources, including online platforms, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
