Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented professional to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our mission in Kenya.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment sources, including online platforms, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Prior experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proactive and self-motivated individual with a high level of professionalism.
