Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the automotive or manufacturing sector
Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful recruitment strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation abilities and a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other HR-related software
A keen understanding of market trends and recruitment best practices
