Talent Acquisition Specialist

Technogym in Campania is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our growing business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition best practices.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate data.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven work experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
