Your role:

Lead the transformation initiatives across various departments to drive positive change and innovation throughout the municipality.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient service delivery, in line with the municipality's vision.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government bodies and nonprofit organizations, to address community challenges and foster sustainable solutions.
Identify opportunities for public-private partnerships to enhance service delivery and resource optimization.
Oversee the development and implementation of technology-driven solutions to improve governance and citizen engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences), with a focus on innovation and transformation.
Proven track record of driving transformation initiatives in a government/nonprofit or related sector.
Experience in strategic planning, project management, and change management.
Familiarity with local government policies, regulations, and processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve collective goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
