We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in Saxony, Germany.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable development strategies for construction and real estate projects
Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations
Monitor and evaluate the environmental performance of our projects
Identify and implement measures to minimize the ecological footprint and maximize resource efficiency
Advise and support project managers on sustainable practices
Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and NGOs, to promote sustainable development initiatives
Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on environmental sustainability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
Prior experience in sustainable development, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
