Zeeland Cycling Tours, a premier travel experience provider in Zeeland, Netherlands, is seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Exquisite Culinary Curator. As the culinary expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences to our valued guests. Your expertise will help us showcase the diverse and delectable cuisine of the region, enhancing our guests' exploration of Zeeland's unique flavors and culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and enticing menus that reflect the local culinary heritage while incorporating international gastronomic trends
Create partnerships with local farms, suppliers, and artisans to source the freshest and highest-quality ingredients
Oversee the preparation and presentation of all meals, ensuring exceptional taste, quality, and aesthetics
Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in executing culinary creations
Collaborate closely with our tour guides and coordinators to incorporate food experiences seamlessly into our cycling tours
Stay updated on emerging food and beverage trends, regularly bringing new and exciting concepts to our culinary offerings

Requirements:

Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in the restaurant or hotel industry, showcasing culinary creativity and expertise
Strong knowledge of Zeeland's food culture, ingredients, and traditional dishes
Proven ability to craft unique menus that cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
Passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences and hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with team members and suppliers
Flexibility in working hours, as occasional evenings and weekends may be required
