About the Role:

Design and develop innovative culinary experiences that showcase various international cuisines
Collaborate with our team of international chefs to create unique menus and dining concepts
Ensure exceptional quality and presentation of food offerings
Supervise and mentor students in our well-equipped culinary labs
Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and industry developments
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our culinary programs through research and development

Requirements:

A passion for culinary arts and a strong knowledge of international cuisines
Proven expertise in menu development and food presentation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
A creative mind with an ability to think outside the box
Strong organizational and time management skills
