We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Styria, Austria. As a Professional Geotechnical Engineer at Fronius Holding GmbH, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing sustainable geotechnical solutions. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive geological and geotechnical investigations to support engineering projects.
Analyze site conditions, assess risks, and provide recommendations based on geotechnical findings.
Design and supervise construction of foundations, slopes, retaining walls, and other geotechnical structures.
Develop innovative geotechnical solutions that minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare geotechnical reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in geotechnical engineering.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in the environmental sector.
Strong knowledge of geotechnical software and other relevant tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
