The Yonne Community Arts Center, located in the charming region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in France, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional individuals for various positions within the organization.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Create effective job postings and distribute them on relevant platforms.
Utilize social media, professional networks, and talent databases to build a strong candidate pool.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including conducting reference checks and negotiating employment offers.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies, platforms, and tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Familiarity with French labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
