Your Role

As a Hospitality Enthusiast, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for delivering outstanding service. While your primary focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, your role will extend beyond that:

Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Assisting in daily operations to maintain a clean and organized environment
Collaborating with team members to provide seamless service
Offering guidance and information to guests regarding Society events and activities
Maintaining knowledge of current astronomical events to engage and educate visitors

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess:

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
An interest in astronomy and a willingness to learn more about the subject
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential
