Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Building Development Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies for our construction projects and real estate initiatives. By utilizing your expertise in the construction and real estate fields, you will help us create state-of-the-art healthcare facilities that meet the growing needs of our community.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and development of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring innovative and efficient designs to life.
Analyze market trends and conduct feasibility studies to identify potential real estate opportunities.
Manage the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of properties, considering cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements related to construction and real estate projects.
Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices in construction and real estate, implementing innovative approaches within our organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Urban Planning.
Strong experience in construction project management or real estate development.
Proven track record of successful planning and execution of construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
