Responsibilities:

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers
Assessing customer needs and recommending customized wellness solutions
Providing expert guidance and advice on beauty, wellness, and self-care products and services
Conducting product demonstrations and offering hands-on experiences to showcase our offerings
Organizing and coordinating wellness events, workshops, and seminars
Maintaining knowledge of the latest trends in beauty and wellness industries
Building and nurturing strong relationships with our customers

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the retail or wellness industry
Strong knowledge of beauty, health, and wellness practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for self-care and personal well-being
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience organizing and leading workshops or events is a plus
