Position: Wellness Innovator

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Wellness Innovator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and researching new cosmetic and wellness product concepts. You will leverage your expertise in areas like natural ingredients, sensory experiences, and formulating skincare/personal care products to create unique solutions that improve people's lives.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of innovative beauty and wellness products
Conduct research on emerging trends and ingredients
Create and test new prototypes and formulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and regulatory departments
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance
Identify new opportunities for product improvement and growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in product development
Strong knowledge of natural ingredients, skincare, and personal care trends
Excellent research skills and ability to identify market insights
Passion for innovation and ability to think creatively
