Job Description:

As a Guest Experience Navigator, your main responsibility will be to ensure guests have an incredible, bespoke experience during their stay with us. You will take on a multifaceted role, combining elements of tour guiding, concierge services, and event planning to craft the ultimate adventure for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Design personalized itineraries and recommend activities based on guest preferences and interests.
Coordinate and facilitate a range of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, kayaking, and more.
Ensure smooth and efficient logistical arrangements for guests, including transportation, equipment, and reservations.
Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring guests' needs are met and exceeded at all times.
Create and maintain lasting relationships with guests, providing ongoing support throughout their stay.
Act as a knowledgeable resource, offering expert advice on local attractions, landmarks, and cultural experiences.

Requirements:

Have a passion for both outdoor adventures and providing exceptional hospitality experiences.
Possess excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian is a significant plus.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Be flexible and able to adapt to dynamic environments and changing guest preferences.
Have a valid driver's license and a good knowledge of the Umbria region.
Prior experience in the hospitality, tourism, or related industries is preferred.
