Your Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing regulations and policies related to energy industry compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance strategies
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to internal policies and procedures
Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory audits and examinations
Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs
Identify areas of improvement and proactively recommend solutions for enhancing compliance processes

Qualifications

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, preferably within the energy industry
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
