Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional professionals
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
Employ creative methods to enhance candidate experiences and ensure a positive employer brand
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to consistently improve processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the education sector
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Innovative mindset with a passion for problem-solving
High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information
