Your Role:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, identify key competencies, and establish selection criteria.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Implement employer branding initiatives to promote our multicultural workplace and diverse opportunities.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes.

Your Qualifications:

Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English and German.
Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
