Job Position: Project Manager - Building Initiatives

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our organization. As the Project Manager for Building Initiatives, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supervising a variety of construction and real estate projects aimed at improving our facilities and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction and real estate projects from inception to completion
  • Develop project plans, objectives, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate and liaise with architects, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations
  • Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and make necessary adjustments
  • Oversee quality control and ensure project delivery on time and within budget
  • Manage project risks and proactively address any challenges that arise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to review and interpret building plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
