Job Position: Project Manager - Building Initiatives

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our organization. As the Project Manager for Building Initiatives, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supervising a variety of construction and real estate projects aimed at improving our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction and real estate projects from inception to completion
Develop project plans, objectives, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate and liaise with architects, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations
Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and make necessary adjustments
Oversee quality control and ensure project delivery on time and within budget
Manage project risks and proactively address any challenges that arise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or real estate industry
Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to review and interpret building plans and specifications
Proficiency in project management software and tools
