Position: Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Noblis, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with government agencies and nonprofits in Virginia. You will collaborate with our talented team to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and implement joint initiatives that drive mission success.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic partnerships plan
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in government and nonprofit organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to align organizational goals, resources, and capabilities with partnership objectives
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and drive continuous improvement
Stay current on industry trends, government regulations, and funding opportunities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth areas

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development
Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships in the government or nonprofit sector
Strong understanding of government contracting, funding mechanisms, and budgeting processes
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience working with Virginia government agencies or nonprofits is a plus
