Position: Sustainable Development Engineer
Job Description:
- Engage in the sustainable planning, design, and construction of vital infrastructure projects in Stockholms län.
- Research and implement environmentally friendly practices, materials, and technologies in all construction phases.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with sustainable development goals.
- Prepare and review sustainability reports, including energy efficiency assessments and environmental impact assessments.
- Monitor and analyze the environmental impact of ongoing and completed projects.
- Contribute to the agency's efforts in reducing carbon footprint and promoting renewable energy solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainable development in the construction sector.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sustainable design and construction projects.
- Familiarity with relevant environmental certifications and compliance standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
- Strong knowledge of sustainable materials, energy efficiency, and renewable energy technologies.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
