Responsibilities

Assist guests with inquiries, provide recommendations, and offer expert knowledge of our facilities, services, and local attractions
Manage guest reservations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and process payments accurately and efficiently
Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and order in all guest areas
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere

Requirements

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of local attractions and activities is a plus
