About the Position

Responsibilities:

Create and implement comprehensive media outreach strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
Develop relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to increase coverage and promote our products and initiatives
Write press releases, media pitches, and other external communications materials
Manage media inquiries, interview requests, and coordinate media appearances
Analyze media coverage and competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all media channels

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Proven experience in media relations, public relations, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of media trends and news cycles
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset
Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
