Position: Sustainable Community Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Sustainable Community Outreach Specialist at the New Mexico Military Institute Foundation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable community outreach programs. We are seeking an individual who understands the importance of effective communication and media strategies while focusing on promoting environmental awareness and social responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute sustainable community outreach programs to engage various stakeholders, including local businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and media materials highlighting our environmental initiatives.
Manage social media platforms and website content to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to our audience.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance our sustainable community outreach efforts.
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and presentations to promote environmental awareness and social responsibility.
Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs through data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, environmental studies, or a related field.
Prior experience in community outreach, project management, or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging content.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and website content.
A passion for sustainable development, environmental stewardship, and social impact.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
