Job Opportunity: Mountain Adventure Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Mountain Adventure Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your passion for adventure, love of the outdoors, and knowledge of the region to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Organize and lead guided hikes, mountain bike tours, and other outdoor activities in the Tyrol region.
Provide expert advice on hiking and mountain biking routes, essential gear, safety precautions, and local attractions.
Create customized adventure itineraries based on guests' preferences and abilities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during outdoor activities.
Continuously improve and innovate adventure offerings to stay ahead of market trends and competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote adventure packages.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in leading outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, or climbing.
Strong knowledge of the Tyrol region, including its geography, trails, and attractions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests of diverse backgrounds.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
