We are Hiring

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions within the organization
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable recommendations
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities

Requirements:

Previous experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
Deep understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in France
