Job Description:

Eroski, a leading retail company in the Basque Country, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our organization by identifying and attracting top talent across various disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Select and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and college recruiting activities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and teams.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
