We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional experience for our guests, ensuring their utmost satisfaction throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and inquiries promptly
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests
Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain accurate records and reports for administrative purposes

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
