We are currently looking for a Community Development Specialist who shares our values and passion for sustainability.
Position: Community Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local communities to develop sustainable and environmentally friendly housing solutions
- Oversee the planning and implementation of community revitalization projects
- Work closely with architects, urban planners, and local authorities to ensure adherence to environmental and social responsibility standards
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for sustainable development and real estate initiatives
- Facilitate partnerships with local organizations and businesses to support community growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Design, or related field
- Proven experience in community development, sustainable housing, or similar areas
- Strong understanding of environmental impact assessment and sustainable construction practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Passion for promoting mental health awareness and community well-being
