Job Description:

If you have an imaginative mind and a profound understanding of space utilization, this role is tailor-made for you. As the Architect of Inspirational Spaces, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and bringing to life visionary projects that redefine the boundaries of aesthetics in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design process, from concept development to project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and construction guidelines.
Create visually stunning architectural designs that balance functionality, sustainability, and the organization's vision.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Research and integrate emerging trends and innovative techniques to enhance the unique offerings of our properties.
Promote a collaborative work environment, nurturing cross-functional teamwork, and inspiring creative solutions.
Develop and present design proposals, incorporating client requirements and feedback effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, attending workshops and conferences to enhance professional growth.

Requirements:

A degree in architecture or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and managing projects from conception to completion.
An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey concepts and gain stakeholder buy-in.
